Hospital panto players' show of support for Ark

It's nearly pantomime season - oh yes it is - and this year, Ark Cancer Centre Charity is proud to be one of the chosen charities that the wonderful Hampshire Hospitals Pantomime Players (HHPP) will be supporting.

Ark, North Hampshire Medical Fund, and The Pink Place will all benefit from this year's HHPP panto - and, as ever, it's set to be a fun, entertaining and memorable show.

There will be two performances of 'Jack and the Basingstalk' at The Haymarket on Saturday, January 13 - a family matinee at 2.30pm and an evening show, which is not suitable for under-16s, at 7.30pm.

Ark Cancer Centre Charity trustee Merv Rees said: "Ark is grateful, and proud, to be one of the chosen charities that will benefit from proceeds raised through this year's Hampshire Hospitals Pantomime Players show.

"I hope that Ark supporters will come along and enjoy this year's panto, and the charity team wish the cast and crew good luck as they rehearse and work towards show time."

Tickets for the family matinee are £12 for adults, and £7 for children, and for the evening show are £15 for adults. The ticket price includes a £2 booking fee that is applied by Anvil Arts, which runs The Haymarket.

Tickets are available through the box office on 01256 844244 or by going online to www.anvilarts.org.uk.
